2010!

By Zac on Sunday, January 24th, 2010

Alright! Enter a new decade… The moto industry has felt the impact of the economy at the summit of success, financial support and  factory race positions are about as available as network television without a reality show and the effort to win a championship is incredibly close out weighing the success of winning one.  The change in market means a change in the professional, if you have not got the hint… it is way past the point of having to adapt and if you arent - then you must tell me which banks you are robbing. I hate to be mentioning the obvious, but it leads me into what I am into… ZW47.v2.0 I have decided to regroup, regather, and to reinvent my mode of attack in the industry, back to basics, back to having fun. So for 2010 I am planning on riding the storm out riding ramps and hitting the most lucrative Dirt Track and Motocross events with the most exposure. The most fun I have had on a quad within the past year has been attacking freestyle ramps. Freestyle absolutely defines my whole personality as a rider, being diverse, completely on edge, and with the most attractive aspect allows me to be myself - exemplify my own style, even though I have always walked to my own beat as a professional racer, it isn’t always the smoothest route. By running a limited racing schedule allots me the opportunity to go out and learn how to get inverted, (because thats what it is going to take these days) and to throw myself off my quad 25 ft in the air, without fear of injury keeping me from a run at a championship. By no means am I quitting racing, only consolidating and selecting what options are best at hand for pushing myself, my sponsors, and fans to new heights. (literally) So with that jump off… your going to see new things going on… some of you may not see me as much in person, some of you may be seeing a whole lot more of me.. either way I promise you will only be MORE surprised what I am capible of.

Check out the manifesto here.

Special thanks to all of my die hard sponsors who believe in me and have my back 100% and welcome the new and most creative business partners I have had to date!
