So we decided we should step up and help those who are at financial need because of an accident.” Check our online store here to help out!

For all you that live in the Moto world like I do most likely heard the tragic news about Jeremy Lusk this morning. I hate to post news about riders going down but this is a pretty serious matter. It is with the greatest sadness to report… Jeremy Lusk passed away last night at approximately 11:03 p.m. PST due to complications from the crash sustained Saturday evening in Costa Rica. Still in the Calderon Hospital Intensive Care Unit, he was surrounded by his loving mother and father, Chuck and Gina Lusk, his wonderful wife Lauren, his mother and father-in-law Lynne and Larry and many of his closest Mulisha family members including Deegan, Ryan Hagy, Cameron Steele and Erik Apple. Motoworld Racing.com and Motoworld Of El Cajon want all of us to “band together” in this time of need.  Please click HERE to purchase your very own “LUSK” wristband and show your support to a fallen friend, competitor and overall great guy.  Shell out $2 bucks and help this crew out… . 100% of all proceeds will be given to the Lusk family to help curb some of the expenses that may arise in this unfortunate time.  Please pray Jeremy and the entire Lusk household.

I dont ever like to sound like a parent but I am right now:

I am well aware that I do my part to push myself to the edge of insanity to enjoy life and many others out there do the same. I totally accept the potentially fatal consequences (and realize what I put my family through) but always make sure every precautionary measure is taken before I do anything remotely risky… I’m asking for everyone to please do the same, I know without a doubt that I would be dead several times over myself if I haven’t had the proper protection. PARENTS: do NOT let your kids get out there without the proper gear on and know that they are riding at their level!!  YOUNG RIDERS: your folks probably tell you to not try the things you see on TV, in Mags, and on THIS SITE… I know how really lame it sounds… But its the truth.  Try not to be an idiot… Realize that pros put in years and years of VERY hard work, training, and risk to get on that level while you are bored sitting in math class - that’s why they are called professionals! I’m personally using this tragedy as a reminder that we are NOT indestructible (even though I often act like it) and our sport is the without a doubt the MOST hardcore out there! Jeremy was a skilled pro athlete and things still can and will happen.

R.I.P Lusk
